(I have the full chart if you need it, but thought I'd give you a rough guide) Now I will help you convert this to Beep test scores (there is a fair in between poor and avg, and a good between avg and excellent, so if it falls in the "gap" that is what it is) I have a general Aus Guide that says VO2 max Firstly there are a couple of different "beep tests" out there, so make sure you get the right one (any in Aus should* be the same, I think it was European had a slightly diff version from memory, could be wrong).Īny way I have some data from about 99 I think (ok a little old).Īlthough that group had 2 kids out of 8 get 6+1 and 6+2 real avg is normally around 8 (those two were injured)
